VectraplexECG 22‑Channel ECG System
Advanced Electrocardiography for Comprehensive Cardiac Monitoring
Core Features
The VectraplexECG 22‑Channel ECG System provides comprehensive cardiac monitoring with a 22‑lead derived ECG configuration using only five electrodes (V2 and limb leads), covering standard 12‑lead ECG, right heart leads, posterior leads, and vectorcardiogram (XYZ) leads, while also offering the option to perform a standard 12‑lead ECG using 10 electrodes.
Special Functions
- Real-time Cardiac Electrical Biomarker (CEB®) detection for early identification of acute
myocardial ischemia.
- Continuous monitoring of up to 22 leads simultaneously.
- Advanced diagnostic section providing detailed ECG analysis and patient-specific
information.
- Configurable alerts for abnormal cardiac events.
Technical Specifications
The VectraplexECG 22‑Channel ECG System acquires signals at 1000 samples per second (compressed to 500 Hz with peak picking and averaging) with an input range of ±6 mV and sensitivity/gain options of 5, 10, and 20 mm/mV. It supports a heart rate range of 20–200 bpm and a frequency response of 0.05–175 Hz (±3 dB) with a common mode rejection ratio of ≥ –60 dB. The system provides 4 kV defibrillation protection between patient leads and the device, and electrode connections use 4 mm banana plugs (snap or tab) with color and abbreviation labeling compliant with IEC/AAMI standards.
Clinical Applications
- Continuous adult patient ECG monitoring in hospitals, clinics, and emergency settings.
- Early detection of acute myocardial ischemia using real-time Cardiac Electrical Biomarker
(CEB®).
- Comprehensive diagnostic support with detailed analysis of up to 22 leads.
- Portable and non-invasive monitoring suitable for resting or ambulatory patient evaluation.
